When you have unloaded your pallets you can simply order a pallet return, as if you are ordering a product. We will send someone to collect the pallets and you will receive a full credit/refund on the returned pallets.

Some products ordered come on pallets, as a deposit is charged for pallets you can get a full refund by ordering a pallet collection, provided that you keep the pallet(s) in the same condition as you received them and pay for collection charges.

Cost to collect pallet is $5 per pallet. Pallet collection is NOT available as premium collection (delivery) service, which means service time is not guaranteed.

Note:

  • Pallets must be neatly stacked in an easy to access place for collection. Pallets must also be empty and ready for collection before ordering a return collection.
  • Upon collection we will process for you a credit/refund.
